Has anyone heard or tried Dynomax performanc VT mufflers

Has anyone tried this brand. They have a new exhaust system that has a internal valve that eliminates exhaust drone so you have a quite exhaust and idle and cruise but when you floor it the pressure opens the valve and then goes into a performance mode. So you get the best of both worlds.

I think the stock muffler has something like that too.

That's the best vid I've seen so far that shows how the muffler sounds, thanks!

Not sure if our motors push enough air volume down the tubes to fully open up the valve, but it will be quiet at idle...

its very similar to our stock muffler.

Ive installed about 25 of these mufflers. Definetly work as advertised...however on cammed, big motors, the choppy idle & intense uneven exhaust pulses they tend to have seem to beat the bushings up in the muffler they begin to rattle after few months.

However I have not heard of one rattling on a modern "smooth" running car.

I have one that i plan to experiment with on my car...going to make a new exhaust with a race cat again & this time with no resonator
