need help to remove crap from vehicle
hi people
please help because im going to kick the crap out of a panle beater, had the car washed yesterday, and my daughters finger prints are not coming of, why because the panel beaters some how got clear coat on my windows, now the windows look dirty even when they clean because of the dust that was on the windows, what can be use to remove it, both front and rear door windows have it they put some thing on the front grill, and now its all over the engine, can i just do an engine wash or should i rather take it in to get washed, will it start if i use a pressure washer, thanks

Well the dealers here in PR use the pressure machine to clean under the car and the machine, I had no problem so far, and I clean my engine every month, no problem. I live by the beach and this needs to be done from the sand and salt particals that are in the air, hope you can resolve this situation, holla.

Not to sound stupid....but what's "panle beater"?
As for the windows? Spray them with lots of window cleaner, then use a razor blade to remove the gunk. Keep spraying the window as you work to lube the blade. Another trick is to use some "0000" grade steel wool to buff the glass. Just make sure it's "0000" (as in 4 zeros)...nothing more coarse.

Panel beater = autobody worker, specializing in making new body parts out of sheets of metal, usually with some sort of hammer or dense piece of wood and of course the legendary English Wheel.

anything on glass....needs a razor. simple, easy, quick, no need for chemicals or thinners....just a razor.

Oh..gotcha..."panel beater". The spelling threw me off. Panel beater = autobody tech in my neck-of-the-woods.

pressure washing engine
I would not recommend pressure washing, there are way to many things you can mess up. Use a garden hose with a descent spray pattern, but not pressure. you can degrease, but again keep it light pressure and stay away from the electronics, intake, ECU, etc...
