What's your point? I know it says it's a 2 blade set...

mine's are alright. i can't remember the brand... it has something that says CAP on the wiper. I think it was "clear view max" or something like that.

My passenger side is working fine. but the driver's side is good, except for a little 1x1" at the top of the windshield where the wiper ends at 90degrees at the top.

I've had good performance from the WetTec wipers from Canadian Tire.
Installed a set on our Escape following the windshield cleaning and pre-treating instuctions. The end result is the same as having fresh Rain-X. The water flies right off at highway speeds. Use the wipers much less.
I'll be trying these on my sedan once the OEM blades expire.

So I've put them on even though the fit isn't as quite secured as I would like it to be. Hopefully, they don't go flying off while in use.

I was down at Wal-Mart in Bellingham, Wa. last week shopping for these wiper blades. They had the 24" wiper blades but not the 14" ones.
Bummer.

If you're talking about the frameless Latittude wipers, I don't think Rain-X makes them in 14". Mine are the steel framed version which I bought at the New West Walmart.

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering, what size blade do you use for a sedan, The walmart book(as well as other ones), say 24, and 14 for rainx but all the brands say 26, 14?. Which one is right?

I operate a shop that sells and installs wiper blades. I have been using the "frameless blades" since they first came out. Would rather pay mucho money for them than get stock blades for free. Valvoline calls them Aero Blades, some call them Contour. Rain X makes them, Michelin makes them and I have used the Bosch as well. The driver is a 26 and is easy to find. The passenger is a 14 and you can't find them in the US in the "frameless" blade. I have installed them on my parents Lincoln and anyone that has ever used them in a good rain storm would not trade them for the old style ever again.
If you use the old style, you should change them at least every 6 months. The "frameless" will last much longer. Besides, what is a few extra dollars in a heavy rain and your life depends on being able to see? Just my .02 cents.

Thanks for the info, I bought the 24" rainx blade last night so I'll just wait 6 months then and get the 26" when this one goes. I don't get why that 14" size is so hard to find anywhere.

I've been getting the 24 at autozone, then getting their generic for the 14. Bigger one does most of the wiping anyway, but I think cutting the 16 would be sweet. The wiper that really irks me is the 12" in the rear, nobody sells just refills anymore.

Agree, I have the RainX frameless blades cut down as posted in that thread (and I have pics posted in it so you can see the result) and it works perfectly!

Now I need to figure out how to cut a set down to 12" for my Jeep!

Cheers! M2

Thumbs up Replacement Windshield Wiper Blade Solution For Toyota Yaris

OK...here's the ticket: The Toyota Yaris' 14" passenger side replacement windshield wiper is very hard to find in the newer-style beam blades. The 12" rear is also very hard to find because its a special rear blade that fits the special rear arm.

After exhaustive research, I've only found one aftermarket set-up that works: 'Trico NeoForm Beam Blades' on the front (yes, they have a 14") and 'Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blade' on the rear. All of the above come with step-by-step, illustrated removal and replacement instructions - easy install. Got the whole set-up online.
