Is there a Drum to Rotor Kit?

I searched here and didn't see anything? Checking google and yahoo now to see if there is a replacement kit out there.

Rather have rotors on the back, the GT3 Royal Red rims should look great with the Absolute red.

That's a good question as I was wondering the same thing. I'm pretty positive that I've seen pics of the 07 Yaris Liftback with rotors on the back. If a kit is released, I'll be all over it.

Me too... Saw pics of people powdercoating and painting the drum, but rather just replace with rotors.

Rotors > Drums in every aspect.

I check on the Toyota Europe EPC, The 1.0, 1.3 and 1.4d Yaris have the rear brake rotor (optional). I am still checking the the Japanese model. It should be vitz rs only.

top of the line models here also have rear discs... but no manual transmission!

I checked through those detailed manuals in the DIY section, it should not be a major problem to swap the drums out, just a matter of finding the spares for the rotors and calipers!!!

I would consider doing this as well. Discs are just easier to work on and they look 100 times better with a nice set of wheels than drums. Also I would want the discs to have about the same stopping power as the drums. I wouldn't want that backend to start to pitch out from behind me.

I would say no since the Matrix uses a 5 bolt disc and the Yaris uses 4. I would be interested to see if the MR-S might have something in store for us.
