Unhappy Need advice/ help for rough idle

On friday my yaris was having a slow start up
So i took it to get checked at autozone
The guy said "your battery voltage is to low so
I can't run my test." So i went to pepboys
To get my battery checked n they replaced it since it
Had low voltage n didn't pass the battery test.
As soon as i put in the new battery, thats when
The rough idleing started. Since i had some blue
Corrosion on my postive terminal i bought some
Cleaner to clean any other build up on my terminal.
I got home after two stalls! I took off my alternator to
Get checked and it passed 3 times. So i bought a
New belt since my old one was bad. When i tighted myy belt
I hit my ocv connector. After a new belt n alternator check
My car still had rough idle. So i thought it could be my spark plugs
So i bought new ones n still nothing. So i ran a cel scan on my car
Since i cleaned my terminals after i put new spark plugs n got
A check engine light. The codes i got were P0010 n another one for the MAF.
(Mind this: when i took my alternator off i forgot to
Disconnect the postive terminal, so as soon as i show
A spark when i pulled that grey cover connector n touched it
With the socket wrench. I stopped n disconnected my + terminal)
I cleaned my maf with maf cleaner n still nothing. So
Yesterday i bought a new ocv since my lastone was broken
On the plastic area from tightening my alternator. I put
The new ocv in and still very very rough idle.

Any advice or help please.

After a battery disconnect, the ECU goes into a learn state. Until it is finished 'learning' idle can be very low. When I am in that state, my idle can drop to as low as 350 rpm. Engine barely stays alive that low. After a good 30 minutes or so of driving, idle is back to where it should be.
