Sorry, I know this is a little lazy but can you tell me when you'll be in Indy? It looks like you'll be able to keep the Yaris this year and I'd love to see it in action!

Not much going on this season, ran a very short schedule with only three race weekends - just enough to qualify for the Runoffs. Somehow with only six races (five wins) we still locked up the SCCA Western Conference Majors title.

Next stop is Indy in Sept. And one very important part is now on its way...

No, that is my engine at the builder in Kansas. He just finished it today, ships back to me tomorrow.

New engine installed and tuned. Thanks to xnamerxx for the assist with the install - and priming tips for priming the oil pump, never had that issue before.

Happy to see a broader torque curve, and more top end power with our new Jesse Prather Motorsports built engine.

Next stop Indy. There are currently 999 entries for the 2017 SCCA National Championship Runoffs, with 46 cars in H Production.

A little disappointed that my wife wont be making her first Runoffs start at this event. She worked hard to build a car on her own, and get qualified for the Runoffs. But we could not find shipping for a reasonable price, and she could not take the extra days away to tow out herself.

The gains from the built engine sounds great! Best of luck in H production!

Very nice.

Too bad there was no mention of the guys who build the engine, or transmission, or the tuner.....they made it reliable for you

When RACER puts the interview together they control the content. Post race interview is the place for the other guys.
