Heated washer fluid

I was thinking of heating a portion or the washer fluid while it was in the line going to the nozzles. The idea was to wrap the upper hose with small diameter copper or aluminum tubing. After driving to work & touching the rad/heater hoses, they don't feel warm enough to do anything. I do have plenty of heat & the coolant light goes out after 3 minutes of driving.
I'm thinking the best place might be above the valve cover. I can barely touch that even on the cold Wi. days. I've heard the hose wrap is effective in keep the icy build away.
I added a couple of pictures of factory cars that have the heaters, a Saab & a Volvo.
