Slightly larger full size spare?

Hey guys running 185/65r14 winter tires right now and i have a 185/70r14 on a rim, would I be able to use that as a full size spare for a bit if i happen to bust a tire? Or would it being a taller tire than the other 3 throw everything off?

Will be less different than the factory mini-spare?
