instrument cluster on door post

Does anybody know a manufacturer who makes the plastic molding you can fit on the front door post that would hold a tach? For some reason my Yaris stick shift didn't come with a tachometer. Drilling holes in the dash won't happen on this car so any advice would be helpful

you're talking about an A Pillar gauge pod? You could always just double side tape one down above the air vent.

get a Garmin (no other brand, get a garmin) Nuvi suction mount and
slap that on the driver door A pillar mini-window. then mount
gauge to that.

Eventually it will fall off on it's own. that will be 3 or 4 years. so when that
happens just stick it back on. Garmin mounts are THE most solid.

I have gone through 2 mounts with my Garmin Nuvi.... neither have held for more than a couple days. Now I just put my Garmin on the seat next to me

Take a look at this though.

I've considered it for my car but I just don't have the time right now so I haven't ordered it... http://www.amazon.com/06-Toyota-Lift...6586990&sr=8-1

I've seen the glow shift gauges pod A pillar piece multiple times. i'm sure there are other companies that make them as well.

it adds a unique look to the car though so the OP might not like it. it's definitely more of a racer or tuner look for the car.
