Washed and ready to go ...
on an epic roadtrip thru NV, UT, CO, WY and ID
Yea i know i should wash her after the trip (and i will) but i hate leaving in a dirty car still no luck on finding a new daily driver to replace the i3 ... ive actually been enjoying the yaris so theres no rush but I WILL get something someday actually tempted to pick up another buick encore because we had one before, theyre really nice and GM is giving them away at <$4K for a 2 year lease i might even end up trading her for a 2018 yaris which should be available soon Last edited by justanotherdrunk; 06-21-2017 at 11:49 PM. |

Looking good!
I have to admit, the Buick Encore is a nice looking little SUV Crossover. If I was going to stray from the Japanese brands that I prefer, that would be the vehicle that I would go for. My current model favorites, besides my own car, are the Toyota iM (which has really been growing on me), Subaru Crosstrek, and Mazda CX-3. Shame that Mazda doesn't sell it's hatchback Mazda2 in the USA - much nicer looking (to me) than the Mazda3, despite the similar styling. The Toyota iA is just an abomination compared to the official Mazda2 version of the diminutive sedan. Happy trails on the trip. |

When I purchased my 2017 Yaris SE, my second choice was a Honda Fit EX with a manual tranny. You never hear Yaris owners with anything positive to say about the Fit. In the end I went with the Yaris since I could still order it with a manual and it doesn't look like a "baby shoe". Nothing wrong with Honda quality though.

So sharp in the red, and I'm not typically a fan of red cars.
Is the RV yours? As a kid, I have fond memories of pulling what ultimately became my first car behind our RV. Grand Canyon, Carmel/Monterey, Santa Barbara, a dozen bay area trips, etc. |

Wow! That looks like a great product, indeed! I wish I had thought to seek it out when I first bought my car. We could probably just do the whole hood due to the size. I actually have rock chips higher than the 18 inches that the video wants you to mask off.

Before trading it in, let me know what they'll give you for it because I'll try to buy it off of you when the time comes lol. My daughter says we need two more Yaris's... we already have four of them at the house.
