Just letting people know that when I opened my two front doors on the 2009 4dr liftback, the left door speaker wire was described correctly but the right door had a blue wire, not a yellow. The other wire was indeed gray, however.

Ok I just opened up my LR door and the wires are red and white, not black and yellow. This is for the speaker wires.

08 Yaris Front right speaker wires

My 08 Yaris Liftback has gray and blue speakers in the right front, not gray and yellow as all the diagrams I have seen had. I'm hoping the gray was still positive.

Remove the small storage bin that is just above the hood release to get to the under dash fuse panel area.

It's pin 26 on Connector 4B in this image:

I just upgraded my RR and LR stock speakers with a pair of Pioneer 6.5" (TS-A1673R) on my 2010 5-dr hatchback.

The factory wiring colors were:

L Rear Speaker: red (+), white (-)
R Rear Speaker: red (+), white (-)

It's the white wire in pin 8 of the 18 pin connector to the speedometer.
