Talking New guy with a couple questions!

Hey guys, i'm new to this forum, but i'm from Club lexus under the same name.

So my girlfriend is getting a brand spankin' new 2 door Yaris, but she doesn't have much driving experience. I usually drive her around, but now i'm moving for school so she decided to buy herself a car. She's low on budget and i've seen her park....not so good..

Did anyone try adding the park assist(beep beep beep when it comes too close)? I've searched and saw a couple people with the aftermarket cameras. I've seen them around and it didn't seem like they would have good quality picture at night. My lexus has a backup camera and i love it. It a good quality camera that has a round lens that captures all around. For example i can see around the cars beside me when i'm coming out of a parking space(if that made any sense at all). Basically i can see my blind spots while backing up. haha.

If you read the mods in his garage, he says "Reversing sensors with led display".
I could be wrong, but I believe the LED display is on the dash, and you can see the
sensors in the rear bumper. Either that or he has added dimples that most Yarii
don't have!

In all seriousness, you might want to get her some HID's for the reverse lights, especially if she has tinted windows.

Oh lol, i didn't even see his sensors! Yeah not new in modding, but am new to the gizmos and gadgets to this car. I'm most likely going to change out all her lights to white/blue theme. Something like this i'm doing to my car. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-s...es-pg-3-a.html

Thanks for the pictures, but i kind of need some more info on them. How you wired, where you got it etc. Thanks

That's cool. For something like this (reverse sensors, I'd rather have a professional do it). lol.

the parking assist works great, i have one on my tacoma and when it has the solid beep, you're usually with the one foot range. i'd recommend it if your low on budget.
