Vervepipes' Yaris sedan

I'll start off with my Yaris of the past. This was the first car I bought brand new, a base 2007 sedan with a slushbox. The rims are Konig Holes, 195/55R15 Falken tires. Looks like it desperately needs some lowering springs in the pic but it didn't look to exaggerated in person. It was a mistake selling it, I needed a larger vehicle for the twice per month trek to Edmonton and this car fit a playpen and stroller in the trunk.... and that's about it.

Fast forward to this year and the income tax fairy bought me this '08 5 speed, A/C is it's only option which I'm fine with for now.

It has 180,000 Km but was very well taken care of. I'm going to install cruise control, factory style fog lights and I just picked up some '08 Honda Fit Sport OEM rims by Enkei for dirt cheap. I was just looking for 15" steelies for summer tires so as to not wear out it's winter tires, but this deal popped up so I bought them on a whim. The offset is pretty big on them (+55) but I test fit them and they are just fine, if I feel like it I'll put some spacers on in the future but I'm not too worried about it right now. They are like the ones below. I will remove the centre caps though, maybe just replace with blanks or Enkei centres.

OEM Enkei, nice rim. Look far better than those Konigs imo. +55! Damn those must be really tucked in.

The Konigs were leftover from when I had an '87 CRX, long gone now. They are tucked, I test fit them and they clear everything. I have some brand new tires goin on them this week that were destined for my '77 Celica, but I got ahead of myself and that project won't be on the road for several years, so they'll get some use here. The 195's don't look too much further in than the stock 175's so if I get spacers they will not be too thick. I'll have the tires changed over on Friday when I get the MVI done on my van, so they will be on the car Friday night or Saturday, with pics of course.

We haven't had a decent day to clean the car, but here are a couple of pics with the Honda Fit Enkei rims

The tires are 195/60R15 Rovelo tires that I picked up dirt cheap at Walmart a while back and had sitting in my shed. They are a bit tall but will do the trick to avoid wearing out the winter tires.
