I wish I was able to go... I love that place. ^__^;; Nothing like eating ramen in the name of the Shogun.

My favorite toppings are the cod roe, flavored egg, and seaweed. With my choices of the noodles hard, soup base strong, and heavy oil. Favorite side dishes are the onigiri and the karashi takana. The gyoza is good too, but that's too common of a side dish.

IIRC the Gardena one has a tatami section in which you must remove your shoes.

incorrect approach guys -- you should be stretching your stomach out in preparation for a large meal (meaning go ahead and eat a lot!), just don't eat so much the day of the "event". That's what the pro eating contest guys do.
