Well that's just it, I mean, why do you even need so much power? What, are you drag racing Ferrari's and Lambo's?

Now you are posting images from 2012 like this is a new thing?

Ray built four trans with the close ratio setup in 2012, two for ACP and two for me. The image you posted (seemingly attempting to pass off as your trans being built) was shot on the same day as the above link. Kaaz is not even in the same shop it was in 2012 when that photo was taken.

I am also very confident that if anyone was to call Ray he would not back up your claims of 800hp. The Kaaz set uses a combination of OE Yaris and Celica synchros that are not capable of taking the power levels you claim. Although it will probably work for you since it will only see a dyno run and parking lot time at shows.

With all of your show car bling you should be the last person to comment on anyone's choice of parts. Just go away.

My apologies...

I did another search and the only video I can find of this xB is 300 whp on a dyno in 2013. In that video he has 400whp as a daily driver. Another video back in 2011 is just a montage of pictures showing parts out of the box and some of the xB. Title says 500whp... no video of dyno or anything...

The platform can handle over 400whp however not sure how long the c50 series can with OEM components. Chew's build has the vitz rs turbo 6 speed trans iirc. The latest 1nz build that I have seen that is hefty other than mine or Garm's is a guy from Paraguay however haven't heard what his transmission is and or whether or not it has upgraded gearing. As Jason has stated it really seems the end of the day will always have the synchros as the weakest link.

Yep, stick to that story.

I first started working with Ray in 2010 when we built our first Yaris, and we spent six months going back and forth (in 2012 when his shop was local to us) trying to make the first installations of the close-ratio set in the Yaris work.

So upon hearing from you that there are upgraded custom synchros I had to reach out to him again - great time to do it since once of my Kaaz trans is being rebuilt. No surprise, you are full of it as usual.

"There is no update on the gear set. Once the current inventory is
gone, Kaaz will probably come up with a new set up. Gear set sales have
been pretty good lately. We see more demand for the older cars now
since many gearboxes out there running are all getting tired.
Kaaz will probably make changes in design or the ratio when the new
kit comes out. Hopefully it will use the later model synchro rings.
"

I wont include the further commentary, I wouldn't want to further embarrass you.

Kaaz states the trans will support around 200hp in racing conditions. Show cars and trailer queens may claim whatever they want - its not like anyone will ever see if the parts are even in there.

Three years of racing use took its toll on the Celica parts used with the Kaaz gears:

I drag race, completely different. On road course where your cornering and putting entirely more load than I am yes the transmission will only handle up to 300hp before failure. I've run stock stuff up to 523hp on the drag strip with zero failure. Ray had my entire gear box apart nothing hurt. So big difference between road course with huge load bearing turns and straight line.

Dude just stop. No one cares what you have to say or share. Time and again your true colors come out and everyone sees you are full of crap. Just go away. Share your wisdom with your dyno racing buddies.

Guess you were to busy posting pics of other peoples parts to make it to the drag strip, or at least show a pic of it. Nothing but bling and dyno bragging.

That's just an image of an adult... not the real thing.
Evidence that people can grow older without growing up.

U'r all the greatest.. super drag.. ultra racing.. my car is vitz rs (echo hatch) n/a deep tuned with Kaaz C60 close ratio 1st to 5th (I cut primary shaft)..
trd helical lsd.. Toyo R1R 195 50 15 semislick.. not more than 130hp.. I replaced engine mounts 2 times.. several clutches smashed like paper.. Ray Kaaz tells C56/C60 oem transmission takes 220hp.. gears he used with Scion Xd Rally Car C56 Kaaz close ratio (3rd-4th-5th) has been completely WPC treated, 1st , 2nd e final gear too. It had to take 265hp and often it blew up under rally abuse.. it all depends on how they drive.. I know if I go turbo doubling torque I destroy gearbox and shafts..
I used Kaaz 3..4..5 with Kaaz 4.6 final but I prefer all 5 bigger close gears.. tons of difference than oem gearbox.. it is much precise.. quick.. short ratio.. loud :)
