Parking light/brake fuse question

OK, so after spending about an hour cutting and crimping I finally get these new tail lights in. Great! Now, small problem... it seems everything works but my night brake lights. In other words, if I step on the brakes those work, but if I turn my lights on I don't get any lights in the back. Not only that, but now my front parking lights are out of commission too. Are the parking lights and brake lights on the same fuse? I'm thinking I had to blow a fuse. I'm running out right now and I have to borrow another car because my lights won't work, so I was hoping in the time I'm gone someone with some experience in this department will have an answer for me. Any help is appreciated!

Did you follow the picture from the GB on the colours to match? I'll assume yes, then its gotta be a fuse, or maybe a short in a wire. Don't forget to post some opics afterwards!! solve this and post results cause I get my tails next week. I guess you didn't want to salvage the connector. If you wanna sell it Mr. Modaynight was looking for one! goood luuck!

yeah it's a bit hard to figure out, but from what I see on a previous page, the brake light circuit is on the STOP fuse, while the parking lights and tail lights are on the TAIL fuse, so more than likely it is this fuse that's popped. If the license plate lights also do not come on, I'm pretty sure that's the problem.

Thomas, thanks. You pointed me in the right direction. Whoever thought of the fuse placement in the cabin of the liftback should be taken out and treated to a firing squad. That sucked, but my tail lights work now. Happiness!

Light show. My car is filthy and I have a lot to do yet, but I'll take nice daytime shots soon with the new lights and wheels and whatnot.

Interesting colour scheme. Are the orange ones your indicators or brake lights (don't they legally have to be red?)?

Those are my indicators. I couldn't show the brake lights because I was taking the pictures.
