Squeaky Clutch
I have a 2003 Toyota Yaris that has developed a squeak whenever I change gear. I put some WD40 on the pedal and this seemed to do the trick.....for a few days...and now it's started again. Can anyone please advise?

From some past discussions on here clutch squeak seems to most often be caused by the clutch fork. Cleaning/Lubing it to eliminate the squeak is tricky because there is limited access without splitting the tranny from the engine.

In the VW Beetle service manual there were instructions (and dimensions) how and where to drill a 3mm hole in the trans so you could give the release bearing a shot of lube if it got noisy.
Seems like if you have a Yaris manual trans out of the car you could come up with something similar....
