You guys have stock leather shift knobs and traded them out? I spent a lot of time to locate one for mine (to go with the aftermarket leather seats/door trim).

Yes V, I wanted a metal/aluminum look knob.

The 5-speed manual leather wrapped RS knob is quite nice, but I just didn't like it

That would come in handy at summer!

Ive had three on my Yaris and dont like any of them maybe with the short shifter it would be different.
link to the only one I didnt mind too much
http://www.imotorgear.com/product.asp?source=&dept%5Fid=1803&pf%5Fid=1803000 0P04601

I put the stock rubber POS back on till I get the short shifter.

EDIT:

dngz - Dont know why but just noticed the sedan has a completely integrated console / dash anyone suppose replacing the whole nine yards in the HB might work? (console, dash and related HVAC)

that's the boot that comes with all manual sedan, and it's not real leather.

I'd like to get a wood like shift knob for my 2014 with automatic. I got one at a local auto accessory store , but it didn't work out. The plastic adaptor that fits on the stick is cheap and wont hold the knob tight, even with the screws tightened. It would look good with my wood like steering wheel cover. I want to go for a classy interior look.

Real wood shift knob

Here's a way to dress up the inside of your Yaris with a wood like steering wheel cover and a real wood shift knob.
