Tips for trans removal/install?
Need to replace my clutch in my Echo hatchback. Figure it is more or less the same as the Yaris. For those that have done this, any tips/suggestions on how to make it go smoothly/easier? I'm not planning on dropping the subframe, but am concerned about it getting hung up because of this (not a ton of room to move it away from the engine and then down). I've heard it can be done.. it is a huge PITA or ok?
Thanks for any suggestions/advice. Cheers Tim Halifax, NS |

Well, this includes dropping the subframe, but it at least gets you in the neighborhood: http://www.microimageonline.com/foru...dr-liftback%29
