Who said Yaris was slow?

That's a little Weak... I have pulled a 7.5 in my car.
A little prectice and a supercharged yaris should be able to do a little better than that. And I have to shift to 3rd gear just before hitting the 60mph mark. With a longer gear drive ratio I could probably do close to 7 sec |

Yep, our Yaris can take it up there to 60 in 2nd. I've done it a few times to hear my intake :) I should ask Franz, he has taken his to redline on his sedan before in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd...maybe 4th?

Slowy getting there
|
I can see redlining 1st, 2nd, and 3rd but you will top out the car before redline in 4th. My shifting points according to my speedo are 32-33mph, 62-63mph, 90mph, and tops at 118mph.

Hopefully I will be close to 6 seconds in a few weeks...
I'm just like 8psi of boost away from that... |

You can go up to 6400 rpm on any gear on a Yaris...
Though it would be kind of hard getting there in 5th gear But I guess you don't have a tach and therefore your question... The car has a rev cut limiter that will kick in just when you hit the redline. Go out and look for it... |
