DC sport intake opinions?

Trying to figure out if the AEM COI is worth the extra 100$ compared to the DC sports. Does anyone have/had DC sports cold air? What do you think?

I think the only reason to get a CAI is to hear the intake noise, in which case the shortest largest pipe would be the best indifferent of brand

I picked up an aFe brand intake on my 09 and I like it. My wife's 2015 yaris got a K&N typhoon or whatever. and it's loud as hell. But in all honesty intakes are good for the sound....that's about it. :)

It really depends on if you plan on upgrading more then just the Intake its all about air in/air out so if you just put in a air its not really worth it for just a cool sound but I don't know what else you plan on doing

Its like putting a fire hose in the middle of two garden hoses and expecting more water.

I put a eFe in my 12 and got a bit of a boost but really didn't get anything till I put in the Air manifold and the TB then all kinds of gains I did look at the DC intake quite hard but decided on a box set up for the way I'm going with my build

Thanks for the input guys. I ended up going with an Injen on this marketplace that was the same price as the Dc sports.

Good buy INJEN al the way great experience with the brand I would greatly recomend if it's for true performance wrapping it and insulating it from heat

How's the sound of the Injen? I also have the K&N and it's a bit loud. The reason why I bought it is the price I got from http://4wheelonline.com. Didn't notice tremendous power gain so I'm planning to upgrade my exhaust as well.
