Well I've been using 303 Aerospace Protectant...does rubber, plastic, vinyl all kinds of stuff. Anything rubber I use it on. My friend tells me that all the Mini guys use it and I know the biker boys use it if they are into the detailing aspect of the game. Hard to find....but most boating outlet stores, shops or marinas have it. Oh, the boaters use it also......ya think.

The Armor All gel stuff works well for me. My understanding is that to get the "wettest" look you need to use any number of the spray-ons, but those leave a lot of residue on your car after driving. I am surprised that the Meguiars doesn't work for you. Might try some of their Insane Shine stuff in addition to the other. The Gold Class should keep them looking black longer if not wetter.

Jen, when I use it I be sure to wash the hell out of my tires and then apply just enough to say put on a protective coating. I do not spray on the tire but rather a gauze pad and then wipe it on. The key to any tire dressing is start with super clean tires....u knew that already.

I've been using eagle one for a few years now. Works great and doesn't wick much at all.

The only thing to watch out for is the ones that will attract dirt after application. We live in the dirt storm capital of the Texas and you can really have some ugly tires if you use the wrong product. I do not care for the Armor All line of products myself.
