I was just wondering, has anyone tried the Bomz Cold Air Intake kit for your 3dr or 4dr Yaris? I saw this kit on eBay and it is listed for only $57.99 plus free shipping and I wanted to know if it was any good. The title of listing says Cold Air Intake, but down below in the description, it says it is actually a Short Ram Intake. The seller has a very good rating and good reviews for his intakes, but what does everyone here think?

A pipe is a pipe. It may not be the best quality aluminum though. And if you do get either one of those kits, replace the filter with a K&N, AEM, or any other equivalent filters.

I did buy this kit (BOMZ) last week and installed it yesterday - it's a copy of the AEM kit but cheaper.

Once I got my hand on the AEM intake instructions, it was a piece of cake to install this.

Sweet. How does it sound? Have you noticed any horsepower gain? You should post the pics too, I'd like to see those.
