TR VVT-I 1.3 2010

Hello this is my first post, Iím going to look at the above tomorrow morning but have no idea what the common faults are to look out for. Iíve had a Honda before (EP3) and had no trouble at all so Iím thinking Jap is the way forward to finding a reliable car for my mum. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what to look out for please? Itís on 63,000 miles and has FSH apparently by Toyota which I will confirm tomorrow. Any help appreciated as I donít want to walk away buying a pig. Also are these belt or chain driven?
Thanks Karl. 👍

They are chain driven, no issues there.
If it has rear disc brakes look for the condition, they need some extra Care in north European climate Else they will seize.
