Add remote to sedan that has power locks
My Yaris came with power locks but no remote. I found keyless remotes and a reciever at a1electric
http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/...duct_Code=712T Has anyone tried this? Or another source to add a keyless remote system to the factory installed power locks? |

Any aftermarket keyless entry should be fine.

I had it done at Circut City. Their price for 2 keyless remotes was $146 installed(plus tax). The price with an alarm was $236 so I decided to go with the alarm. It took them 5 1/2 hours to install it! There was at least one guy working constantly, and 2 at times. They seemed confident and assured me they were "certified". The installation looks and works great. Glad I didnt try it myself! They told me finding and hooking up the wiring for the door alarms was what took so long.
