Rotiform possibility?

I wanted to know if either of these sets of rims will rub?
I drive with 3 adult passengers daily. I dont want the wheels to protrude from the arches.
Also, how big of a difference does 17 inches have on fuel economy? I get normally around 600km per tank.

Rotiform BLQ 17"

CB:73.1

Rotiform BLQ Narrow & wides 17" x 7.5J
Front ET:35
Rear ET: 32
