New to this site but not new to IA. I'll be down there. Leaving a day early to help set up the event.

All you information is here http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2898902. Most people go off this site because of the caravan down. The caravan is half the fun. http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=188698794498276 there is the Facebook page with the same/more information.

I am thinking about staying at the Hampton Inn in Smyrna, which is about 11 miles from the Speedway. I have a lot of Hilton points from business travel, so I always look for the Hilton chain hotels.

Yeah they are plenty close around the airport. I have always stayed on the East side of Nashville. I always like the more quiet places, so you don't get the "YEAH YEAH IA!!!" drunks running down the hotel hallway.

The hotels around the airport are close enough and I can caravan with anyone staying in the nashville area.
The drury inn near the nashville airport is really nice, plus they have that 5:30 kickback with 3 three alcoholic drinks and finger food/hot food all you can eat woooo!
