Help! Biro fell down steering wheel column!

So happy to have found this forum and hope someone can help me!

Stopped at the lights today I was getting something out of my bag when (don't ask me how) a biro flew out of my bag and onto my steering wheel column. When I tried to get it out, it slipped down the back and disappeared! I couldn't find it at all and have NO idea what to do!

Would be grateful for any advice...garage won't be open till Monday and I have a longish drive to do tomorrow, so just wondering is there any way I can get at it - I presume I need to get it out of there ASAP.

Thank you in advance!

Bíró is a Hungarian surname meaning "judge", and may refer to:

A brand of ballpoint pen. In British English and other languages the word "Biro" is often used as a generic term for any ballpoint pen.
László Bíró, the inventor of the ballpoint pen.
Charles Biro, a comic book writer.
Val Biro, a children's book writer and artist
Jan Charles Biro, a scientist who discovered the Proteomic Code and RNA-assisted protein folding.
Waagner-Biro, a Vienna-based engineering company

lol...ok well if u look under the steering wheel there is a panel that u can just pull back and look in that area , pull from the top .

It's what Europeans call a ballpoint pent.

Got it out! Thanks again for the help. It had actually gotten caught in the fuses area and when I pulled that open, I was able to just take it out. Big relief!
