Thanks! and my thoughts actually...

and the LEDs I got for my test ones where a bit small which made the whole process a little harder then it should have. on the Radio I'm going all white execpt for on each side of the CD slot; which will be blue. On the guage cluster all green/orange/non-white leds are going to be blue.

now just because I was too lazy to bust out the tri-pod...

I did have more pictures, but Win Vista doesn't seem to like my memory card and f0cked it all up, so I lost the rest of the pics.
I'll hopefully have the DIY complete mid next week (depends on when my order arrives).

eled.com - I want to wait until I get my new order from them before I post the exact ones in the forums. I'll have all the info in my DIY (with direct links to the leds). If u want to know before then PM me, but I make no quarentees until after I install on mine...

Also can't wait to see the finished product.

Another place for LEDs is http://autolumination.com. They have a good variety.

yeah, thats where I got the knob leds from. but as far as the radio and gauge cluster you need "surface mount" leds, which are used on circuit boards (requires de-soldering and re-soldering) and thats how both radio and gauge clusters are.

I was wondering how you would change those bulbs out. Soldering and desoldering sounds like a chore.
