Iridium spark plug - longer thread
Hi guys,
so far I have been using "normal" NGK BKR5EYA but I wanted to try some Iridium plugs. Local store recommended me Denso IKH16TT. Now I am comparing them against each other and the Denso has considerably longer thread part... the rest ("above the nut") seems identical. Check the picture... I must say I did not have the balls to put the longer plug in. Any experience with it please? Do I need to ask Denso directly to be 100 per cent sure? My Yaris 2007 uses 2SZFE engine - 1.3 with 64kW. Thank you! |
