Custom exhaust

I am getting my exhaust done tomorrow Few questions...
1) what pipe size? 2.5"...2.25"...2"?
2) should it be from the resonator, catalytic, or try to do header(not to excited about this one) all the way back
3) what kind a diff in whp are we talking about for crushed bent vs mandrel. I dont think it will make more than 2 whp diff at the most....

will get some pics and my new dyno

1) search, tons of threads on this, iirc 2.5 and 2.25 are for boost mostly
2) if you're going custom might as well do header back
3) your talking 2 whp total if your lucky, if you only lose one from crush bending that's half the power you were gonna make.

just do 2" mandrel bent from the back of the resonator to the back of the car

keep the stock cat and resonator as they're 2" thru....

i replaced my res-back w/ aftermarket and got a nice bump in hp/tq. any larger and you risk losing too much bottom-end power

i doubt it

from dyno's i've seen of other cars, removing the cat only gives 1-2whp....and thats on an engine with more displacement than a yaris

i got 3.1 hp gain when i did my two dyno pulles... the first i had 17x7 motegies and dc sports header stock mid pipe greddy axle back vs 15x6.5 konigs and original nitto mid-pipe

i have to try and get to the place in south jersey and get them to print the 2 out so i can scan them i think it was 105 vs 108.1 or something like that i gotta get unlazy and drive down there.

I would go 2-2.25 mandrel bent from the header back. Ive always thought about going catless but I heard it can actually ruin the engine. So I guess i would just replace stock with a high-flow racing cat.

2" from the header thru the resonator and it shrinks to 1.75" AFTER the resonator to the back of the car
