Is this a half decent caliper?

My front driver side is sticking and heating up the wheel.I replaced the pins and lubed when I changed the pads and rotor this summer.

Instead of pissing around I figured just get a whole new unit. This one seems really chea$.

I Not sure if I already burned out the bearing(Those are new aswell)
