Clear coat

I see it has happened to several. I have 2010 blue HB, the roof and some of the side is starting to peel the clear coat off. After several weeks of talking to corporate, they finally said no help on repairs for a 5 year old car.
Anyway I am thinking of getting a car wrap for about 2000 dollars. Should last another 3 to 5 years and cost about the same as a paint job. Wondering the communities opinion?
Redo the paint will still have a normal car, get a wrap the sky is the limit.

the clear coat and paint job on these cars is hit or miss. Or maybe if you clean it to much you clean it all off. Mine is actually holding up, or all the dirt and muck I let the car be coated in keeps it on.

If a wrap is inexpensive enough, then go for it. Or you could plasti dip the entire thing too.

I have an 07 blazing blue and the entire roof peeled and the hood is starting as well. Toyota should burn in the deepest pits of hell for their lack of support on something like this. That being said since I cant afford a paint job i plan to plasti dip the entire car in a few months , finally put the kaminari lip kit on too......

Since the cost is the same, I would go with paint. More permanent than using a wrap.
