AC Compresssor Interchangability?

My AC compressor just failed after 135000 km of continuous use. Can I replace the AC compressor from my 2002 Yaris containing a 2FE-NZ engine with a AC compressor made for a Yaris/Echo with a 1FE-NZ engine?

The part number for your 02 Compressor is: 88320-52010, which shows as only being used on the Echo and from 2001 to 2002.

The one for the Yaris is 88310-52481. It looks much beefier than the echo one. I see many echo ones on eBay for around $300.
