Fuse panel

I have a 2007 Yaris and the entire fuse panel under the dash is out except for the (2) 7.5 fuses which i think is the ignition and not sure of the other. Does anyone know if there is a main fuse or relay that controls the entire panel under the dash?

Yes - The 60A MAIN fusible link on the positive terminal of the battery feeds the majority of that fuse box. It is built into the black plastic chunk that sits under the red cover.

That is pretty much a dealer or mail order part only, that whole plastic block has to be replaced.

You basically need to bridge the popped fuse with the guts of an equally rated fuse. You would have to trim back the existing one a bit and then solder the new one to the two ends of the old one.
