Any front lips available?

Did a quick search and couldn't find any front lip spoilers available for the Yaris. Am I missing something? thanks!

I'm not entirely sure what you're looking for. Do you mean an air splitter, canards, or just a different style front bumper? If you're only finding them for 06-08, that's because they changed the headlights on the '09 restyle. There may be other components to swap (bracing, etc), but getting 06-08 headlights makes all 06-08 *full* bumpers "compatible". Perhaps someone who has done this could confirm?

update:

if you just want an accessory type dam/splitter, you'll have to get an '06 bumper installed, along with headlights. For some reason, there are very few partial bumper parts for the 09-11 style.

Something like this dam/splitter?

yeah, just a "lip spoiler", you know, it mounts to the bottom of the factory bumper and makes it look a little more sporty.

Aah, then you may want to look for the "Home depot lip" mod in the DIY section. Just takes some garage door gasket material and a few screws.

hehe, yep. I've done the "home depot lip" before on other cars. Just figured I'd confirm whether or not an actual lip was available first. Thanks.

The good folks over at MicroImage could certainly give you more options. They don't list all of the aero items that they can get on their site because of their cost/storage overhead, but they have access to lots of other items.

I think he has a couple of other threads where he was referred to Micro Image already.

yes, I've checked out both TRDsparks and MicroImage

however it's always worth an ask to see if there is anything else available for other vendors ;)

only front "lip" available right now that i know for the 09-11 yaris is the OEM "S" lower half.

There are lips available for the overseas versions, which may look the same but won't fit very well due to larger North American bumper requirements...or they might fit and we don't know! Want to try? lol.
