i'll be totally honest, i'm a fan of black on black...that's why i went that route with my car but, the white wheels are nice so, if you're feeling that more (or are just tired of the black on black look) then go with what makes you happy

I think your old wheels are great. But white wheels also go well with black. Wouldn't mind trying some white wheels on my LB. But just annoying to clean.

Keep the black for show and white for racing if they are in fact lighter.

Both look good. Get some blue lugs to match the center cap of the white wheels.

hey guys , thanks for all the feedback , really appreciate it.

my reason behind the smaller lighter wheels is a few reasons

1- im going with a complete natutally aspirated tune for the car , the 17's are 8.9 kg's , the 15's are 5.4kg's , so i recon my pull away will be alot better

2 - im kinda tierd of the black on black , it looks hot , but i need a change , and was hoping to keep it as JDM as possible , hence the white.

3 - tires for the 15inch is alot cheaper and will make the car brake better , the 17's feel kinda heavy on the little 1300cc 2NZFE motor

PS: here is Cape Town , South africa we dont get snow on our roads.

The black ones sure looked good , but I run light rims and tires and they make a real difference in handling and pickup. They also give a smaall boost in fuel economy. I'm sure that when you get behind the wheel you will be well pleased.

The word I use for the difference is agility, especially in those quick, tight turns when manuvering (sp) through traffic.

As for myself, I say "GOOD MOVE!!!" I like white wheels so much. Looks real good on black car, plus they are lighter than the old one! Me love!
