you really just need to make the roads more dangerous and take off the speed limits.
ever driven thru montreal on that lifted highway? do more than 90 and its scary sh!t....concrete barriers are RIGHT there.... problem is the MTO designs highways for 120km/h in shitty conditions (i know, i worked on the report for the lane widening of the 401 from woodstock to kitchener)....so the roads SUPPORT speeding. make the roads with more blind hills and sharper turns and thatll slow people down. you dont see too many people running down the old highway 3 near lake erie at breakneck speeds....why? because its more dangerous.... its our PC, safety-first society, imo. design the roads for safer, faster travel then impose and a speed limit that isnt enforced. what do you expect to happen?

Yea, was definitely the SQ I passed. I've passed a few of them 20-30km/h over before and they have never done a thing.
