Brown Tirewall

How do I clean the brown tirewall caused by using tire shine products?

Any effective solution?

you can use a brush with hot water and dishwasher liquid it will remove the oil base from the tire shine, once u are done the tire will go mat black and if u missed a spot u will see it, use normal shoe polish apply with one brush and remove excess with another, the tire shine is much better and you dont get tire shine on the car, and the tire wont turn brown again

Meguires hot rims all wheel cleaner, but spray it on the tire and let it soak. Gently scrub it with a old bathroom tub cleaning brush and hose off.
