Roof molding and window weather stripping

I have a 2009 Yaris four door that came from Arizona originally. The roof molding rubber and the window weather stripping need to be replaced. I did some searching on the forums and found part number 75551-52130 listed for the roof molding but it only looks to be for one side? Or do I just order two of these?

I found some older threads on the window weather stripping but the link on the how-to is no longer active and I didn't see any part numbers. Any help would be great!
