Meron sa US ng headers approx 800U$

Haha.. Yup Iba pa din talaga pag open filter ka. Maganda din kung modify yung headers and pipings. Basic modification Stage 1. Intake/Headers/Exhaust. Guarantee laki ng gains sa HP. Kita mo ang difference.

800$ Mahal headers palang yan.. Stainless naman kasi. Kung pede lang mag pa ship from Phil to KSA ng headers and pipings. hay...

Just for clarification, the Yaris only has one header, so it's not headers.

Full bolt ons will get you about 10 hp at most without a tune. A tune is what will get you the most power out of your mods.

Probably the best performance mod would be very light weight rims and tires. I say this because everything improves, acceleration, braking, cornering, and gas mileage.

My Tagalog reading skills is horrible (can only understand it when I'm spoken to), but a drop in K&N filter will not give you any performance increase. It's still in the same restrictive intake box with the same carbon trap filter. It's usually only good for being a one time purchase filter that can be reused.

As for water, as long as you don't drive through a flooded area, you should be good. You can also get a hydroshield to prevent any drops of water from being sucked in (won't protect you if you try to drive through a flooded road). Mine works great. I don't bother to "bag" my filter when I wash my car.

1.3L and 1.5L is different

in addition to above..

The header for 1.3L 2nz-fe yaris is not compatible with the one from US. US header are for 1.5L 1nz-fe in majority.

Unless, you have the yaris 1.5L sporty edition here in ksa, then its a bolt-on.

I don't know why in these country, they used to sell small displacement engines cars eventhough the gas is cheaper than water

Find your filters measurements and look up the part number here: http://www.knfilters.com/search/wrap.aspx

Be sure you are looking under drycharger and not precharger filters/wraps.

Then you can find that K&N part number on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss...ry%2Caps%2C302

Me? I have the K&N SRI (Typhoon). I just wrapped it with some heat reflective material since the pipe is black and made of aluminum (which gets heat soaked easily).

The pipe wrapped:

Yes, I did notice a difference if how hot it feels. Before the wrap, touching the pipe was sometimes unbearable. I can now keep my hand on the pipe after I wrapped it.

performance-wise? Not really sure since I've always had HEAVY rims. lol

what's great about these guys is that they can make custom wraps!

I believe this will be beneficial for our radiators, evaporators and for some, intercoolers... so those poor bugs don't get stuck in between the fins and die a horrid death...

YES. It's bolt-on or plug n play to our 1.3L.

PM kiel12 for the experiences.
