That definitely makes it seem like a body ECU issue. The part number is on a sticker on the back of it. If you stick your phone up behind it you should be able to snap a pic of the label. There are a ridiculous number of different part numbers of them, and from what I have found with a couple I have experimented with, you need the same part number, or the circuitry for driving the proper number of doors, interfacing with the OEM receiver for the keyless entry, etc. will not be present.

ECU body issue? So not a fuse? Am I looking at an expensive or PITA fix?

There is just one fuse for driving all of the actuators. Based on what is working I can't see it being a fuse. Used body ECUs can be purchased for under $200. Replacing it is a bit of a hassle, as you really need to remove the dash.

You should make a road trip up here and we can confirm for sure what the problem is.

Sorry this is an old post. Took my 2010 Yaris Sedan in for an oil change and recall. The recall was for the Master Door/Window Switch. After a week or so the door lock stopped opening. Toyota World of Lakewood NJ said that what the technician did couldn't cause that issue. After some investigation. I found that it's all one piece.

I'm going to check the fuses between today and tomorrow. Will rule that out.
