TTR 2015 Setup Dyno Numbers?
We will be hitting the dyno in the morning. We plan on doing both a street tune and a racing tune.
A quick over view of the updates that transpired during 2015: 1) New equal length turbo manifold 2) Increase in IC piping size from 2" to 2.5" 3) Upgrade from MicroImage Golden Eagle Long Runner IM to custom short runner IM with 80mm inlet 4) DBW to Cable Throttle conversion 5) TB upgrade from 54mm to 76mm 6) Upgrade from CCI Stage III 4 puck clutch to ACT Stage III 6 puck clutch 7) Upgrade from OEM radiator to 3 core half width radiator 8) Upgrade from HKS SSQ4 BOV to Tial 50mm Raceport BOV 9) Tegiwa Engine Torque Damper 10) TRD Dogbone engine mount 11) full 3" exhaust with Vibrant UHO GESI cat and Virbant high performance shortie inline muffler We will be performing the pulls on a Mustang dyno therefore the numbers will be more "real" than with a DynoJet. If not familiar Mustang usually returns 10-12% lower numbers. We are shooting for around 18psi on the street and 25-28psi with c12 racing fuel. Do we have any guesses as to what numbers we will see?

18psi on 91/93: 290-310fwhp C12 @28psi: 420-430fwhp
I'm curious how that ACT clutch will handle that kind of torque your new setup will put out. |

First time ever she has been on the scales. Have to reduce the weight by whatever my subwoofer box weighs. More than I was figuring, but with the added weight of the turbo, associated components, etc I suppose I can't complain.

Will have more to post, but the short version is we discovered my wastegate is now too small and the day was pretty much a bust due to somehow having a dirty bit of fuel.
Did make 315whp on street gas though with conservative timing. Sent from m-o-b-i-l-e

315 on pump is bad ass, i assume it was at the 18 psi you were aiming for? The real impressive bit is how you sized the turbo, 4k rpm of full torque, that is awesome!
Would like to revise my current guess on your c12 race tune, 440-450fwhp on a mild tune. |

19psi at 12.5° of timing so the timing is pretty conservative.

No internal modifications. Only the clutch and flywheel. Using OEM throwout bearing.
