ECM or ECU pinouts

hello members from yarisworld

I have a 2007 yaris
and I am in search for the ecu pinouts, have searched the whole site.
but most links are broken or site doesn't exist anymore.
Planing on installing a bee*r rev limiter to make the car backfire (on some ocations).
searching for which wire or pin is the rpm , afr , IGF , TPS and so on ?
anyone here that could help me or has someone ever installed the bee*R

Attached is a guide that I put together that details every wire of the two ECM connectors:

2013 ECM pinouts

Hi-
I am new here and I own a 2013 Yaris which won't allow me to communicate with the ECM using Techstream. I subscribed to TIS to get the pinouts but the drawings were for a different car, maybe an earlier year. Can anyone tell me where I can get correct information on the pins and signals for my ECM? Part number is 89661-52R40.
Thanks

Do you have a real Mongoose brand USB adapter for techstream or did you buy one of the ebay Chinese clones? A real one will work with no problem with your 2013, as I have plugged my Mongoose VCI into many 2013 and newer Yaris and ran techstream without issue. The ebay ones are really a crapshoot.

Question Can't communicate with ECM

The module I bought runs on Windows 10 and is supposed to be the latest chipset and software available. It seems to run fine when I talk to immobilizer and body ECU - instrument cluster responds to real time monitoring but I can't change the indicators. I get 0100 errors from these modules - can't communicate with ECM. The tool won't talk to it directly, either. Can't talk to any other modules directly, but the instrument cluster sees them when I plug them in. I measured the resistance of CAN bus with battery disconnected and it is 61 Ohms, 132 Ohms with ECM unplugged. There appears to be a lot of chatter on the bus judging from the red light on the DC3 connector mate. The modules that don't talk may be on part of the bus that gets isolated by the junction connectors. Where are these JC's located on my car?
The car cranks fine but no spark or fuel.
Thanks for any help you can give!

ECM or ECU pinouts

The primary junction connectors are above the body ECU. If the adapter is a cheapy eBay one I would still suspect it over a bad ECM. There is a lot of comm on the CAN bus, even with no diagnostics running and the engine not running. Do you have access to a basic OBD code reader? If so, try that and if it comms to the ECM you will know for sure if your device is the issue.

ECM frozen

The U0100 error codes from the combination meter says the ECM is not communicating. Thought about an immobilizer issue but when I interrogate it, I get immobilizer 'SET' condition then when I turn the key off and back on, it goes to 'UNSET' and still can't talk to ECM. This is the third ECM. The pins of the ECM don't agree with any docs I have. This car had a shorted CAN bus before I changed several modules and no one knows why. I am suspicious of a wiring or connector pin problem.

Can you post pictures of the ECM connectors, so I can see the wire colors going into the pins?

ECM pins

I need to remove the backshells to see the wires (haven't figured that out yet, don't want to break them). Should they follow the 2007 color coding (which I have)?

How can you say that the "pins of the ECM don't agree..." when you have never looked at them?

When I remove the connectors and look at the pins, they are not the same number of rows as shown in the doc, and the number of pins per row is also different. I went through and logged each pin with ignition off and on, then tried to correlate it to the connector pin-signal drawing and couldn't get a correlation.
Sorry I was gone for a few days and am late in replying.

I just realized that you are not the original poster. The OP had a 2007. Your 2013 is a completely different ECM.
