ultra racing strut bar...

so i just recieved my goodies from Garm...so excited to get it on!

problem is i have seen d.i.y on tanabe strut but not on the ultra racing, tanabes look simple but i cant figure out how to get that black circular thing off...well if anyone point me to the right direction or send me a link that would be awesome!

You dont have to get the strut top covers off. there should be bolt holes there already for you to just fit the strut brace on. It basically goes onto the chasis. But good luck trying to get the bolts in. I found it difficult to get the bolt and nut on.

The Ultra Racing bar is the simplest of them all, one bolt on each side. The only challenge is getting to the nut underneath to tighten the bolt. You can take out the plastic wheel well liner completely, OR you can undo the fasteners and slip your hand up in there.

Two people makes this job a LOT easier, since the bolt is on top and the nut is underneath in the wheel well.

Tools needed: Two wrenches to tighten the bolts/nuts.
