Yaris 5Speed in the States?

Anyone manage to pick up a Yaris 5speed in the states yet? if so, how is it and what is different on it. (tach?) All of the models I've seen so far have been automatic, I'm waiting on my 5speed to arrive, just want to know if anyone has one yet.

I saw on buytoyota.com that some will be in this weekend, I'm going to call one of the dealers & ask on Fri & then again on Sat, then I might go down & check one out.

What packages did your Liftback come with? If you got the Convenience Package, but not the Power Package - can you tell us if it came with the 60/40 split rear seat?

...and if you did get the Power Package?

(so we can know if the package doesn't include a Tach, I hope that you didn't & that it does)

It does not include the tach. This option sheet off of the Toyota website should clear it up: Attachment 197

Yes. 5-Speed, Convenience Package only. No tach, no 60/40 splits rear seats. The information in the http://www.buyatoyota.com system was simply wrong. Contrary to what the photos may lead you do believe, the only aux port for an iPod is near the e-brake.

It's not as easy as on a Scion, unfortunately. You'll have to buy an External Torx ratchet set, at a minimum. I'll have pictures, etc. sometime today.

Cool. Ratchets I have, actually, even if I have to borrow some of my father's tools I should be able to come up with everything needed.
