Garage Door Bottom Seal "Front Spoiler"
I was inspired (again) with Kaotic's ride I got this garage door bottom seal on sale for $4.50 got some other parts for $15.00 and spent like 2 1/2 hours under the car, came out great!
Ok, now anything 4.5" and above I go around! D. This one with some Infrared-film effect! (looks like a black yaris) Some of the Twisty back roads of New England near home. D.

Question: how does it affect the sound stage and imaging? |

Well, you might not be a perfectionist... but it looks like it's perfectly applied to your bumper...

Love it. I like your choice of washers too. I didn't measure mine, and mine are actually too big in diameter, which is why mine is wavy in some parts. Good job!

it might sound silly, but it might not be a bad idea for the rear as well just for extra protection? I know that once my exhaust is routed through my rear bumper I will want to protect the bottom of it on backing up.

You can give it a try. Not sure how that would look. I've seen people use these as side skirts too, and those don't look right.
