A1 Electric Power Door Locks
I decided to install power door locks on my yaris. I cleared my decision to 2 Kits. Would like your opinion on them.
http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/...ode=W01C-B6000 http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/...Code=W01C-742T They both work with the yaris, whats the difference between those two set except the security system and is it worth it? |

I have been looking at this for over a year but dont want to be the first one to try. in the alarm i would say no as around here everyone ignores them and they just drain your battery. Now is you can hook that horn up to your car horn then maybe...

They downgraded the keyless entry/alarm kits. Had the 742t with 4 button remotes, now they have the 740t with 3 button remotes. :/ I'm still tryin to figure out if they changed the regular keyless w/o the alarm. Can't remember if the regular keyless has always been the 712t.

Don't want to hijack, but there's many of these threads already so figured I'd post in the newest. What would be the best kit(s) to get for power locks, keyless, remote start, and alarm?
This kit and another for remote start? http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/...Code=W02C-742T or easier to get this and another kit? http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/...duct_Code=W02C |

I think I would just get the best one with the alarm. Anyway if you install it, its not like ur gonna take it out again.

Guess I would tell you to get the same one I'm gonna get, except yours will be two door. The power locks/keyless/hornet alarm. I should have the money in the next week or two and a break in weather, so hopefully I'll post pics, etc then.

Have you been able to order yet? I was on the final step of placing my order, but got cold feet, haha. I just don't know if I wanna get the power locks and keyless, or the same thing with the alarm. Most everyone here only has the power lock/keyless kit. Haven't came across anyone with the alarm kit. Want some type of review before buying, lol.
