help with rims brands ??
hai pals
I am purchasing a new set of rims we have limited options here in Egypt I was looking at enkei , advanti , lenso Rims .. problem is they are made in malaysia ( imported from YHI) and not all models are available .. Do the malaysian rims have the same quality as the japanese made rims?? we also have some taiwanese brands like HIJOIN HRS. , RCK , HR and some other unknown chinese crap and copies of oz , momo taiwanese rims tend to be more expensive than malaysian Rims!! hijoin is more expensive than enkei and advanti .. is that bcz they are better quality? we have some real bad crappy roads here .. so lightweight and durability are important to me .. what can i choose ? help pls |

I purchased Konig Feathers which are a little over 12lbs. Some people claim they are garbage, but I have no problems with them. More expensive are the Enkei rims, but they require a tire that will fit a 7 inch width. Though a side note the Enkei rims for 15s are a little less than 10 lbs.

I would imagine the larger companies such as Enkei, Lenso, etc. have a cast standard for their cast aluminum properties, such as how dense it needs to be made regardless of location.
