Boot behind front wheel?

I was troubleshooting something, and I found the culprit..but I don't know what the exact nomenclature is. What is this item called, or what p/n is it?

That is the CV joint boot. You can replace the boot alone, but typically once they tear and dirt gets into the grease the joint gets damaged, so rather than going through the effort of pulling the axle to replace just the boot, one typically replaces the entire axle.

Yes. Sedan is the same. I could do $40 + shipping if you are interested.

CTScott: I just got around to looking more closely at the axleshaft, as I have some free time coming up to put it in. Correct me as needed, but this is not for an ABS Yaris? I'm not seeing the reluctor ring. Is it possible to remove the ring from the old shaft and put it on the new one?

The shaft does not have anything to do with ABS, so the same shafts work for both ABS and non.

So where is the ABS Sensor getting the reading from, within the hub?

Correct. The sensor is at the end of the cable and the rotor for it is within the hub.
